2nd shift starting at $25.67 per hour plus .50 shift premium. Union environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking, and inspecting cartons, pallets, or parts.
Assist in filling and packaging orders while completing necessary paperwork.
Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment to move and deliver stock.
Support machine operators with various tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure all equipment is in working condition and report any issues immediately.
Train new team members as needed.
Adhere to all health, safety, quality, and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
Work directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
Qualifications:
✔ Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred.
✔ Skills & Abilities:
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to use scanning technology.
Strong safety mindset.
Proficiency with hand-held measuring tools
