Location: Smithsfield, RI
Salary: $37K - $50K Signon Bonus $1,000.00!!
What Youβll Do
π¦ Coordinate warehouse, sales, and purchasing operations to ensure smooth processes.
π Schedule transportation & communicate with truck drivers for timely shipments.
π Manage work orders, draft correspondence, and create ad hoc reports.
π Plan and execute events for the Smithfield location.
π’ Order and manage supplies for the entire building.
π Handle high-volume communication and customer interactions.
π¦Ί Maintain a safety-first mindset while working around warehouse operations.
β High school diploma (or equivalent) 3 years of planning/scheduling experience in manufacturing or production.
β Strong knowledge of MASS & Microsoft Office.
β Excellent organizational & communication skills with a proactive mindset.
β Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 40 lbs when needed.
β Customer Service Experience (preferred).
β Pursuing a 2-year degree? Great! (Preferred but not required).
Positive Attitude and ready to hit the ground running!

- Work in a fast-paced environment, and must have amazing communications skills (oral and written)
- Must have MS Office Experience - tech Savvy and ready to learn mindset
