Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects alongside the technical project manager, ensuring financial and commercial success in both the sales and execution phases
- Oversee the internal project approval process and participate in contract negotiations with customers and partners
- Lead commercial project management activities, including contract management, invoicing, and cost monitoring
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve project-specific financial and contractual issues
- Monitor and control contract change management, negotiating modifications with customers, consortium partners, and suppliers
- Support project management in cost tracking, financial reporting, and risk analysis, ensuring proper project oversight
- Conduct risk assessments and financial evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, corporate policies, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and review bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with financial and contractual requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business (Economics), Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in commercial project management, plant engineering, or international project business
- Strong background in contract management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP (or similar ERP software)
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings, industry events, and site visits (up to 25% travel)
- Occasional lifting and carrying of materials (up to 25 lbs)
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and travel
- Flat hierarchies and short decision-making routes
- International work environment in interdisciplinary and multinational teams
