Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be the driving force behind new business opportunities, client engagement, and relationship building. You will :

Educate and Sell : Promote our construction services to both new and existing customers.

Generate and Track Leads : Take ownership of project leads from discovery to completion, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-ups.

Cultivate Relationships : Build lasting connections with subcontractors, owners, developers, architects, property managers, and other strategic partners.

Drive Results : Collaborate with estimators to close deals and hit agreed-upon sales targets.

Plan and Execute Events : Coordinate impactful corporate events to strengthen client relationships and expand our network.

Deliver Exceptional Service : Be the go-to point of contact for clients and ensure they receive outstanding service throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : Previous experience in construction, real estate or a related field is REQUIRED .

Relationship Builder : You have a proven ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.

Results-Oriented : You’re detail-driven, deadline-focused, and thrive in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Team Player : You bring a can-do attitude and thrive in a collaborative, team-centric environment.

Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Canva , Dropbox , or Monday.com is a plus.

Organized and Detail-Oriented : You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
