As a Floating Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks related to apartment occupancy, building maintenance, move-ins, move-outs, unit turns, work orders, HVAC repair, plumbing, drywall, and providing exceptional customer service. Your technical expertise and dedication to quality workmanship will contribute to creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for our residents.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:
- Complete work orders on a timely basis.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Check, troubleshoot, and repair the following items: appliances, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical.
- Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.
- Participate in all community maintenance duties, including; preventative maintenance, service request completion, and groundskeeping.
- Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow-up.
- Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience using equipment, supplies, and materials used in the maintenance field.
- Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.
- Attention to safety and ability to comply with all MSDA Sheets.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
