About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties. The Production Team Leader will also be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping and TS16949 standards, as well as monitoring the work area for potential safety hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of production and inspection data
- Ensure proper staffing levels and training of operators
