What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRODUCTION OPERATOR - 2nd shift - 3pm - 11pm (plus $1.50 shift premium) position at TI Fluid Systems?
Training, Knowledge and Experience:
- Above average electromechanical abilities, language and math skills typically evidenced by a High School diploma and vocational training.
- Good computer and communication skills.
Physical Requirements to Perform the Duties of the Job:
- Nothing that would prohibit overnight or extended travel.
- Ability to travel (including air travel and long automobile trips).
Working Conditions:
- Occasionally lifts and / or carries up to 40 pounds. Push/Pull up to 60 pounds.
- Maneuvers in, around and under factory and/or laboratory equipment on a regular and continuous basis.
- Some of work time is spent standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Works within an automotive component manufacturing office and laboratory setting. Exposure to heat, cold and fumes/chemicals.
- May be required to travel to plant and/or customer sites.
