Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Asset Management Project Analyst to join its IT Asset Management team. This hybrid role in Dallas focuses on enhancing asset visibility and control across the enterprise through data analytics, reporting, and agile project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, clean, and analyze large IT asset datasets using Excel, PowerBI, and Python.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations aligned with asset management objectives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Collaborate across teams including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and incident response.
Manage diverse assets including physical/virtual endpoints, VMs, business apps, databases, and cloud assets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Identify and manage second-tier/intangible assets (e.g., VMs, hypervisors, websites).
Document and communicate downstream benefits of IT asset data.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in a technical field OR 4 years relevant experience.
2 years of hands-on IT Asset Management experience.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerBI.
Familiarity with Python for data workflows.
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Rally).
Understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware, cloud AWS/Azure, applications).
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IT Asset Management tools such as Tanium, Flexera, or ServiceNow.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Prior experience in managing cross-functional agile projects within IT operations or infrastructure domains.
