Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IAM/PAM Engineer with at least 5 years of expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PAM tools such as HashiCorp, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust and strong proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or Terraform. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is required, as well as solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (CI/CD, Security, and Application Resiliency).
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Privilege Access Management (PAM) tools like HashiCorp, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Terraform to automate PAM processes and workflows.
Support and monitor cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform in the context of IAM/PAM.
Ensure the security and compliance of systems, ensuring proper access controls and auditing procedures are in place.
Participate in the development and implementation of access policies, as well as PAM tool integrations with other security tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall IAM/PAM frameworks and ensure resilience and security.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and PAM best practices.
Support the overall SDLC, working within Agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Security, and Application Resiliency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Privilege Access Management (PAM).
Experience with PAM tools such as HashiCorp, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, and Terraform.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including CI/CD, security, and application resiliency.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on security and access management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with integration of PAM tools with other security systems.
Strong background in IT security best practices and risk management.
Cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) are a plus.
