Job Description:
Overview:
The Privileged Access Management (PAM) team is focused on securing access to privileged accounts by implementing security tools like CyberArk. As part of this team, you will collaborate with application owners, architects, and developers to integrate these security solutions. This role is responsible for the installation, configuration, ongoing support, and analysis of CyberArk CorePAS and Endpoint Privilege Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage access control, user entitlements, and user access policies.
Perform Privileged Access Reviews, compliance reporting, and manage privileged user access.
Collaborate with leadership, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into PAM needs.
Monitor system performance, providing recommendations based on the current threat landscape.
Maintain centrally managed consoles and critical infrastructure for managing third-party security technologies.
Work closely with product management to ensure alignment with established roadmaps.
Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance security, process, and system performance.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide top-tier escalation support.
Support releases outside regular business hours when necessary.
Travel occasionally as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Windows/Active Directory administration.
At least 1 year of experience in identity management, access management, or privileged access management.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience/training.
Preferred Qualifications:
6-9 years of experience in Windows/Active Directory and Linux administration.
2-3 years of experience specifically with Privileged Account Management (PAM) and CyberArk PAM Administration.
Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience/training.
Professional certification from CyberArk is preferred.
Experience implementing and integrating PAM solutions, including cloud-native PAM offerings.
Strong technical understanding of user management in Windows and *nix-based environments.
Understanding of DNS, networks, firewalls, load balancers, and SSL certificates.
Experience with Privileged Account Management and understanding underlying business processes.
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all organizational levels.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
Capable of working well within a team and independently.
