What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mass Market-Internal Advisor Consultant position at TIAA?
The Internal Advisor Consultant proactively builds business partnerships with advisors in a defined geographic territory through close collaboration with our Marketing and Data & Digital teams. The IAC is responsible for meeting daily outbound call goals, email correspondences and follow ups from our digital leads. In this role, the IAC stays current with portfolio & industry developments and masters all Nuveen Investments' product and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Proactively make outbound calls, email and engage in web conferences with existing clients and prospects to market, educate and promote Nuveen solutions
- Effectively profile advisors and have a good understanding of the sales process including building relationships and closing business
- Work closely with marketing and data and digital teams to follow up on leads including pipeline management
- Maintain inbound call servicing capabilities when not making outbound calls

Base Pay Range : $41,300 / yr. - $75,000 / yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
