The individual will contribute to the bank's ETF Growth Strategy, collaborating closely with Fixed Income Portfolio Managers and Quants to develop innovative and highly scalable Portfolio Management Systems.

- Design and develop solutions for automated portfolio optimization for Fixed Income ETFs.
- Write, review, and debug secure production code to ensure high-quality software development.
- Develop and maintain live systems using Python and SQL for Front Office Tools.
- Monitor software development to ensure alignment with established goals.
- Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define IT system objectives.
- Oversee software configuration, customization, and enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Develop unit tests and maintain coding standards for software applications.
- Conduct code reviews, address issues, and ensure best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching and feedback as needed.

- 5 years of overall work experience, with some experience as a Quant Developer or in a similar role.
- 3 years of Python development experience.
- 3 years of SQL development experience.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in financial engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fixed income.
- Knowledge of AWS.
- Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps (CI/CD) processes.
- Master's degree in financial engineering is a plus.
