This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA's family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties.Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 11 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead a journey design team that partner with research, content strategy, data science, legal and compliance, product management and engineering teams to establish modern best practices for end-to-end experience design and delivery, such as design research, journey mapping, personas, storyboards, concept designs, prototyping and final production designs for our end user experiences.
- Define and advocate for an ambitious design vision and follow through with a plan on how to deliver against it. See the big picture and understand how to set people up for success to drive the most impact for the organization.
- Communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling way to audiences of all levels of understanding and seniority in an organization. Work across a diverse group of stakeholders in a range of different functions and roles to drive towards shared outcomes.
- Foster a maker mindset so teams can iterate and experiment collaboratively to challenge the status quo, drive new thinking, and improve processes for creating future-forward product experiences.
