Vendor Program Sr. Analyst
The Vendor Program Senior Analyst job is responsible for building relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that they comply with the organization's policies, procedures, and regulations. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).

The Vendor Program Senior Analyst job is responsible for building relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that they comply with the organization's policies, procedures, and regulations. This job also identifies and evaluates potential vendors and assesses their suitability for the organization's needs. Working under moderate supervision, this job guides business partners in completing program requirements, maintaining the program and procedures, and reviewing regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Oversees day-to-day activities related to the vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems to ensure compliance.
- Reviews and configures data to ensure quality and accuracy of inputs into the vendor management systems.
- Drafts contracts and participates in negotiations with vendors, ensuring that they meet the organization's requirements and standards.
- Performs vendor management analysis for program reporting and metrics, and provides audit and regulatory responses as needed.
- Monitors the performance of vendors to ensure they meet the agreed-upon service levels, and performs risk assessments on vendors to identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with their services.

- Performance and oversight of the day-to-day enterprise vendor portfolio lifecycle activities for risk assessment, due diligence, monitoring, issues management, and termination
- Provides analysis and support for effective vendor risk mitigation
- Provide support for the identification of emerging risks and trends that could impact program
- Identifies areas for ongoing process improvement
- Serves as SME within assigned area to support and train business partners and stakeholders
- Ensure quality of data input into the vendor management systems
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
- 2 years’ experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance
- 3 years’ experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Legal, or other related discipline
- Masters / Advance Degree in Business, Legal, or other related discipline
- Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience with Coupa Risk Assess system
- Knowledge of third party and risk management processes and methodologies
