TIAG is now hiring an IT Analyst - Level III to join our team San Antonio, TX. This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week expected to report onsite with the customer.
The IT Analyst - Level III will analyze engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Coordinates with architecture and engineering to analyze or recommend commercially available software for potential use to meet the organization's business requirements. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Level III performs more independent thinking and difficult tasks compared to Level II and may supervise others.

Additional Responsibilities And Tasks
- Provide administrative planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and recommended approval actions to accomplish overall program objectives. Attend meetings and prepare Meeting Minutes as designated by Government Leadership.
- Utilize best practices and applicable regulations and follow the current best industry practices for project management support within the guidelines of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition regulations. Ensure that DHA Projects are reflected in planning life-cycle management, organizing, directing, and resource control. Track program office expenditures to assist in best value determinations.
- Monitor schedule of assigned project and collaborate with DHA and other stakeholders to develop, monitor, and implement the schedule for assigned projects.
- Provide program office liaison and interact with the program office, vendors, and subcontractor personnel working on the project to communicate DHA customer issues and receive feedback on project development, deployment, and capability.
- Provide Customer Support and liaison with internal and external customers to provide status updates, resolve deployment schedule conflicts, and arrange end user training and support.
- Organize and coordinate the planning and production of contract support activities.
- Draft progress reports and project summaries and conduct briefings with client and management personnel.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to managers, system administrators, and users during software and equipment deployment, identification and triage of problems, and assistance with status of trouble calls.
- Provide input and planning for maintenance of hardware and software as necessary over the lifecycle of the project. This includes, but is not limited to support of software maintenance releases. Ensure software and hardware is in conformance with DHA Information Assurance (IA) directives and policies and is responsible for Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) as a project management support contractor.
- Provide input and planning for the delivery, receipt, storage, and installation of all hardware and software, as required.
- Utilize a project management software application as deemed necessary by DHA. The use of this software would require the maintenance of project status and the compilation of Ad Hoc Periodic Reports.
- Develop and present briefings for DHA officials as required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 6 years of experience related to project and program management.
- Experience in using the following:
- MS Office Applications including MS Project, SharePoint, and multiple other applications (database, teleconferencing tools, etc.)
- Familiar with Information Assurance including Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations (DR/COOP).
- Must have the ability to manage and ensure the successful completion of multiple semi- technical tasks in assigned program(s).
- Active interim Secret clearance at minimum
- PMP certification preferred; ITIL certification required
