Job Summary

Tiara Yachts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and team development. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and effectively.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures to uphold Tiara Yachts’ high standards of craftsmanship.
• Develop and manage production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of workplace safety.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the timely availability of materials and prevent production delays.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to streamline production workflows.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and drive cost-effective manufacturing operations.
• Analyze production data, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably within the marine or automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on employee engagement and development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
