Job Summary & Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Summer Employment positions are for three months and are positions in a production environment. We work Monday – Friday from 5:00am - 1:30pm. There may be overtime availability. Training is also available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Wood Working in our Mill Room Department
- Electrical Component Assembly
- Lamination Composite Production Technicians
- Mechanical Prep/Assembly/Deck Set Operations
- Grind, Paint and Repair
Education & Job Requirements
Position Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work with minimal supervision upon completion of training
- Requires current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Requires job seeker to be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation or housing assistance
- Must be accustomed to physical tasks for long periods of time. This includes, but not limited to, standing, lifting, bending, climbing, using your hands and working with various materials
- Should be able to use basic hand tools and power tools with some degree of mechanical and electrical aptitude a plus
- Must be able to perform this job in a boat's environment without compromising the quality of the product
- The ability to work independently or on a team with firm deadlines
- The ability to work occasional overtime
- Participate in the daily cleaning and 5S of the work area
- Must be 18 years of age

- Must practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area. (Use safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, etc.)
