Position:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be the behind-the-scenes driving force of our sales by helping execute our customers’ online and wholesale order requests. We are looking for a commitment of 20 hours a week. Discover how a small but quickly growing company operates and help us with the most important part of our business!

This position has the potential to become a full-time opportunity with a focus on fulfillment capabilities and other e-commerce and wholesale operations.

You will be assisting the customer service manager & wholesale manager with:
*

• Pick, pack, and ship all e-commerce and wholesale orders promptly (1-2 business days depending).
• Ship all sales and marketing materials and samples to retailers and sales partners/reps.
• Prepare and ship large orders for our big box retailers.

• Receive all shipments from overseas manufacturers, organizing new inventory.
• Receiving returns from e-commerce and wholesale, communicating with managers on inventory and issues, and resolving promptly.

• Keep warehouse organized and clean, make sure all inventory is accounted for and marked for sale.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts.
• Keep tabs on shipping materials and re-order all materials as necessary.
• Keep all shipping materials clean and organized.

• Update inventory and keep accurate stock records regularly, conducting regular stock audits.
• Keep all inventory organized & keep staff informed of changes/updates to organization needs.

Nice To Haves:

• Previous experience working with ERPs such as Apparel Magic, Netsuite, etc.
• Familiarity with Shipstation, Shopify, Shipstation, Slack.
• Familiarity with Monday.com
• Previous experience working in retail, and fulfillment.

Rate:

$22 an hour
