MAJOR DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides product service and support for deposit account services, TIB’s on-line correspondent banking system, image cash letter/item processing services, remote deposit capture services, and TIB billing systems.
- Monitors, reviews, analyzes, researches, and processes relevant item and transaction requests for deposit account services, TIB’s core banking system, TIB’s On-line correspondent banking system, image cash letter/item processing services, remote deposit capture services, and TIB billing systems.
- Professionally demonstrates or explains TIB’s product services to prospective partners, existing partners, and stakeholders.
- Logs, researches, monitors, and resolves partner service concerns and system issues as they are identified, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assists with developing, maintaining, and improving department processes and procedures.
- Works as an effective team member and develops strong working relationships with relationship officers and other TIB stakeholders.
- Serves as a backup for certain duties performed by Account Operations Specialists as needed.
- This position is expected to pay between $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
- Complies with all banking laws and regulations, and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer information.
REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ bank operations experience
- Sound customer service and communication skills (telephone, verbal, written)
- Sound analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with some or all of the following: Customer Onboarding/New Account Opening, Banking Deposit Systems, Remote Deposit Capture, On-line banking, Check Processing/Image Cash Letter
- Satisfactory computer skills and use of Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel) skills
- College degree
