Product Operations Specialist

MAJOR DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provides product service and support for deposit account services, TIB’s on-line correspondent banking system, image cash letter/item processing services, remote deposit capture services, and TIB billing systems.
• Monitors, reviews, analyzes, researches, and processes relevant item and transaction requests for deposit account services, TIB’s core banking system, TIB’s On-line correspondent banking system, image cash letter/item processing services, remote deposit capture services, and TIB billing systems.
• Professionally demonstrates or explains TIB’s product services to prospective partners, existing partners, and stakeholders.
• Logs, researches, monitors, and resolves partner service concerns and system issues as they are identified, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assists with developing, maintaining, and improving department processes and procedures.
• Works as an effective team member and develops strong working relationships with relationship officers and other TIB stakeholders.
• Serves as a backup for certain duties performed by Account Operations Specialists as needed.
• This position is expected to pay between $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
• Complies with all banking laws and regulations, and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer information.
