Description
Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking a qualified Installed Sales Coordinator. Coordinates installation function while working toward achieving sales goals and budgets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedules independent contractor installers to perform installation of windows, exterior doors, interior doors & trim, and Hardie siding.
- Schedules employee service technicians to perform pre-walks, post-walks, and service work.
- Communicates broadly with builder production representatives, internal door and window personnel, and peers to manage installation schedules and follow-up service as required.
- Issues contracts to installers prior to scheduled work being undertaken by the installer.
- Reviews and confirms installer invoices are commensurate with the values outlined in the installer contracts.
- Adds and manages work through My Job Ready in accordance with local practices.
- Reviews reports and resolves problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent installation delays.
- Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of My Job Ready, Bistrack, and Builder Supply Pro
- Achieve a minimum 90% on-time, on-schedule, complete installation rate.
- Achieve less than a 10% call-back/correction ratio on installation.
- Schedule warranty work to completed to customer satisfaction within one week of notification.
- One-year (1) certificate from college or technical school, Bachelors degree in management or construction related fields, or three-years related work experience in installation of various building product, preferably doors, windows, trim, etc. and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Prior experience in building supplies industry required.
