Description
Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials Company, is seeking a Full-Time Senior Information Technology Specialist at the Corporate office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Create and maintain documentation for issue resolution
- Perform routine server and network monitoring and maintenance
- Serve as a primary escalation point for L1 technicians
- Monitor security and networking alerts, remediating events as needed
- Complete special projects as requested
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Experience Required:
- 5 years of L2/L3 or equivalent experience
- Intermediate to High level knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V, Windows Server OS’ and Windows client OS’, TCP/IP, VLANs, and DNS
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong customer service, analytical, and problem resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand tools and light power tools
- Clear driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to travel to business locations in the state of Florida
