Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, recognizing and responding promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and implement resident care plans.
• Provide compassionate and attentive bedside care, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.
• Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of California.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting; long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
