Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lifegaurd and Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and teaching others, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Responsibilities:
- Provide swim instruction to individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of each swimmer
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during lessons
- Monitor swimmers' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area
- Maintain a safe pool environment while lifeguarding
Skills:
- Proficient in swimming techniques and water safety
- Excellent guest service skills to provide a positive experience for swimmers
- Lifeguard certification preferred
- Ability to perform pool cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Capable of heavy lifting when needed
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid
