Summary

Our child care center is searching for enthusiastic, patient, motivated, reliable individuals to join our team of outgoing, family oriented superheroes. We are looking for like minded individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of young children. Love and respect for children is a MUST!! Experience preferred but we will train the right candidates. Credits in Early Childhood Education or similar preferred but not required. The perfect candidate has a good work ethic, is friendly, a team player, dependable, compassionate, has good communication skills, able to lift more than 25 pounds, able to work in a fast paced environment and can lower self to be eye-level with young children. Duties
Duties include but not limited to : child care-providing a nurturing, safe environment for children; parent communication; daily classroom organization and cleaning; diaper changing / potty training; implementation of daily activities; meal / snack preparation
Requirements
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Upon hire candidates must complete a background which includes fingerprinting. Experience with children preferred.
Nice To Haves
It is helpful for candidates to have experience with children preferably in a child care setting. College courses in early childhood education or education is a plus but not required. CPR and first aid certification is required. If candidates do not have training we will provide a course to obtain certification.
