As a Convenience Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are available and well-organized.
Monitor inventory and assist with product ordering.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Ensure proper signage and labeling of products.
Assist with opening and closing the store, including cash handling
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Preform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Convenience Store experience is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
