What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Manager position at Tic Toc Food Mart?
Responsible for all functions necessary to the ongoing, efficient and profitable operation of the company. Must insure that the company is in compliance with all required local, state and federal ordinances, regulations and legislation. These functions include but are not limited to: maintenance of acceptable employment levels, sales and gross margin objectives, in-store advertising programs, facilitating purchasing strategies, facility maintenance, customer service, pricing, acceptable inventory levels, loss prevention and security programs, accounting practices, fair employment standards, labor and employee relations programs and the development and administration of all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5 years in a senior management position in a food or retail business
