Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator role is critical to successful implementation and management of on-machine equipment technology, including safety features, 2D & 3D Grade Control, Remote Control, and productivity tools. This position supports back-office tasks, including scheduling, acquisition, billing, Inventory control, and asset tracking.

Location
This position will be based out of 1400 Ranchers Legacy Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76126
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with various Kiewit employees across the company
- Manage inventory and kit building
- Create and distribute KCT performance metrics and reports
- Utilize CMMS software for asset management and scheduling
- Abide by Kiewit and project safety guidelines
- Ensure data accuracy for all KCT processes
- Track and manage all inbound and outbound assets
- Accurately forecast all KCT assets and inventory
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with users and management
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite and other data entry software
- Logistics coordinator experience (2 year)
- Relevant Construction Technology experience (preferred)
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed with strong communication skills
- CMMS experience (preferred)
- Goal oriented and proficient multi-tasking skills
