We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Managing Real Estate Broker to lead and grow a high-performing team at GenStone Realty. In this role, you’ll recruit and mentor top-producing agents, ensure compliance with real estate laws, and oversee daily brokerage operations.
This is a 100% commission-based opprotunity, offering significant earning potential for a driven leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top real estate agents to expand the brokerage.
- Create and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure agents perform at the highest level.
- Maintain strict compliance with state and national real estate laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
- Oversee daily brokerage operations, including MLS listings and transaction management.
- Provide marketing guidance and support agents with branding, social media, and lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Active Managing Broker’s License and in-depth knowledge of real estate regulations.
- Proven leadership experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing successful real estate agents.
- Strong operational skills to handle transactions, listings, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing real estate agent.
