TicketNetwork, Inc., is a high-tech leader in the ticketing industry, is seeking an Exchange Associate to join our team!
The Exchange is a catalogue of sports, concert and theatre events/tickets that populate our software and websites. Exchange Associates are responsible for adding new information to, and maintaining the accuracy of this database. This involves a variety of tasks such as: entering tour schedules, verifying event information (date, time, venue, performer), adding sports season schedules, updating playoff events as teams advance or are eliminated, diagnosing inventory problems reported by ticket brokers using our POS software, or verifying venue map configurations. Exchange Associates are also responsible for working with other departments in the company (Tech Services, Fulfillment, Webservices, Sales, etc) to troubleshoot problems that stem from the Exchange.
Job Responsibilities:
- Entering tour schedules (Concerts & Theatre Events)
- Adding sports season schedules
- Verifying event information (date, time, venue, performer)
- Organize events by type & performer
- Updating playoff events as teams advance or are eliminated
- Diagnosing inventory problems from brokers using our POS software
- Verifying venue map configurations
- Working with other departments in the company (Tech Services, Fulfillment, Websites, Sales, etc) to troubleshoot problems that stem from the Exchange
- Managing and organizing event, venue & performer data
Work Hours:
Tuesday- Saturday: 12pm-9pm EST
Hours and shifts may change when needed. Employees will also be asked to work select nights and weekends that are outside of their normal hours for special events. Training will be Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (temp shift for first 3 months or until associate is able to handle working independently. More flexibilty may be available for the Saturday hours if necessary.
On occasion extra hours will be required for special events.
