Ticor Title Insurance Company, a leader in title and escrow services, is seeking highly motivated, team oriented Sales Executives for Snohomish County. Responsibilities
-Meet and exceed sales goals - We will help you set these and they will be reasonable and achievable!
-Successfully create business from new and existing business accounts - Can you create relationships? Do you seem to build rapport with everyone you meet? This might be for you!
-Be a team player - We don't take this lightly at Ticor. Every side of our business depends on the other. You don't have to love everyone you work with, but we have a mutual respect that creates a well oiled machine.
- Must be a self starter - All of the tools are provided, and it's up to you to do the work.
-Have a great attitude and have fun at work - Seriously, there is room for fun here. Work hard, play hard? That's us!
Qualifications
-2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience - This can mean from anywhere! One of the top sales executives in the nation came from Nordstrom, another came from Starbucks, don't limit yourself based on just this qualification.
-Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems - If you haven't worked with a CRM or really know what one is, Google it. It's not scary and everyone on our team uses one. We'll get you up to speed.
-Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota - Do you over-achieve at most things? Are you in a position that doesn't allow you to shine? We might be right for you!
-Strong written and verbal communication skills - We love technology, texting and emojis, but when we're communicating with our clients (at least at first) we need to know you have decent grammar and can communicate.
