Salary Range: $16-$18/hr
Tidal Wave is seeking a detailed oriented Accounts Receivable assistant to manage and track customer payments and assist with billing and collection processes. This role is specifically dedicated to our Fleet and Fundraising programs. Join us in expanding our presence in the community and help us redefine the carwash industry!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Fleet and/or Fundraising Customers to collect payments
- Assist with accurate billing of invoices and data entry in systems
- Other duties on assign
Experience and Skills:
- Ability to manage data from multiple sources
- Detail oriented
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel a plus
