Overview
TidalHealth Home Care is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled home care team. For 40 years, our agency, formerly Peninsula Home Care, has been providing advanced skilled acute care to our community seniors. Our goal is to keep our seniors living safely at home for as long as they possible. Providing skilled home health aide services in tandem with our skilled therapists and nurses in integral to their success. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities identified in the Care Plan while ensuring their safety and comfort, maintaining a supportive environment for them and their caregiver, all while serving as a critical member of their interdisciplinary treatment team.
Experience
- Minimum 2-years experience providing direct patient care is required.
- Familiarity with medical documentation using an Electronic Medical Record.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality is essential.
- Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player.
Requirements
- Current Nursing Assistant License Issued by the State Board of Nursing in good standing.
- Reliable transportation and current car insurance
