Patient Service Representative Position Summary
The primary function of a Patient Service Representative is to provide administrative support for the Primary and Specialty Care practices. The Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting patients and patient check in and check out; verification and maintenance of patient insurance/financial information and patient communication with required staff. The Patient Service Representative is also responsible for patient scheduling and medical history in the EHR system, and additional office-specific tasks as instructed.
Patient Service Representative Position Requirements
- Previous physician office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Experience with electronic health record preferred.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.

- Monday - Friday, Day Shift
Patient Service Representative Benefits
- At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 80 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 40 hours per pay period are eligible for benefits.
