What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Tide Cleaners?
Tide Cleaners is currently seeking Part or Full time Guest Services Representative for our Westlake location. Must be friendly, energetic, have excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment and be detail oriented. We offer competitive pay and benefits, (if you work 30 or more hours per week) with pay starting at $12 per hour DOE. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities:
- Professional guest service expert
- Serve as primary liaison with guests
- Overall role to provide exceptional customer service to guests
GSRs will:
o Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
o Meet, greet and assist all valet drive-up customers at their car
o Process customer phone and personal relations
o Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs and/or questions
o Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment
o Mark-In incoming customer orders: identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized register
o Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
o Follow Company’s protocol for new customer sign-up
o Attend Company offered ongoing training and education
o General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
o Other duties as assigned
