Edit Holdings, LLC dba Tide Cleaners is seeking a Route Driver to join our team!

We are seeking individuals that enjoy working with people and as a team to represent Tide Dry Cleaners in the ideal manner and provide an enjoyable experience for our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Demonstrate company core values at all times : Guest Services, Excellence, Committed, Integrity, and Top Quality
Provide quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with customers and store employees.
Maintain your pre-established route system as well as prospect and grow your customer base with sales and service mentality.
Manage any customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
Be able to resolve / deescalate customer complaints / issues.
Ensure the quality standards of Tide Dry Cleaners are met.
Be able to function in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail.
Drive customer retention by building relationships and creating customer loyalty.
Load and unload garments from the company vehicle.
Cooperate with co-workers and promote a positive and productive working environment.

Qualifications

Previous route sales experience is preferred but not required.
Highly organized and demonstrate self- motivation and attention to detail.
Must possess excellent communication, positive attitude, and willingness to provide great customer service.
Passion for interacting in a positive and creative manner with customers and team members.
High school diploma or GED
Computer / Mobile devices operation experience
Ability to successfully complete MVR and background check is required.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
