Edit Holdings, LLC dba Tide Cleaners is seeking a Route Driver to join our team!
We are seeking individuals that enjoy working with people and as a team to represent Tide Dry Cleaners in the ideal manner and provide an enjoyable experience for our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate company core values at all times : Guest Services, Excellence, Committed, Integrity, and Top Quality
- Responsible for sales of route service.
- Responsible for cold-calling potential guests, setting appointments, explaining services and closing the sales.
- Driving the route, picking up and dropping of clothes as appropriate.
- Provide quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with customers and store employees.
- Committed to Grow Sales in the area you service.
- Maintain your pre-established route system as well as prospect and grow your customer base with sales and service mentality.
- Manage any customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
- Be able to resolve / deescalate customer complaints / issues.
- Ensure the quality standards of Tide Dry Cleaners are met.
- Be able to function in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail.
- Drive customer retention by building relationships and creating customer loyalty.
- Load and unload garments from the company vehicle.
- Cooperate with co-workers and promote a positive and productive working environment.
