Position Overview : Tide Homes is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of quality throughout the construction process, ensuring that every home we build meets our exceptional criteria and exceeds clients expectations.

Here’s the work you get to do :

Quality Control Oversight : Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance protocols and procedures for all construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
Inspections & Audits : Conduct regular inspections and audits throughout the construction process, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and the construction team to address quality issues proactively and implement corrective actions as needed.
Training & Development : Lead training sessions for team members on quality assurance practices, promoting a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, compliance documentation, and quality metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on quality performance and areas for improvement.
Client Interaction : Engage with clients to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional luxury homes.

Position Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

Proven experience (7 years) in quality assurance or quality control within the construction industry, preferably in luxury residential construction.

Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices in quality management.

Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to quality improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.

Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
