The Company

The Opportunity
The Sr Analyst will be responsible for the overall growth and profitability of Tide Franchisees along with Sales Growth Forecasting for Tide Services. This role will work closely with business partners and Tide franchisees to help them improve profitability and grow their businesses, leveraging various reporting and forecasting tools. This individual will be responsible for managing the new unit development strategy and will provide meaningful financial analysis by working through complex issues, utilizing financial models to support investment decisions, as well as participate in strategic market planning exercises. The position plays a key role in impacting the financial results and net unit growth of the business.
In addition, this role will be responsible for forecasting Tide Services Company sales growth. The Sr Analyst also plays a critical part in external reporting and audit. This role reports directly to the Tide Services CFO, with exposure to senior executives in Tide Service, franchise experts and investors.
The Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate will be someone with broad finance background, strong business acumen, high degree of ownership, and is customer focused. The ideal candidate must have a curiosity to understand data and develop insights that lead to action. The successful candidate will also be a great communicator who can crisply communicate his/her analysis in non-technical terms to senior management. They will have a strong bias towards data-driven decision making and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Franchisees and internal Business Partners to understand their business, develop insights, and drive action
- Financial modeling of new units
- Forecasting and reconciling sales actuals
- Analyze data to find insights that drive action and results
- Preparing documents for external audits
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities for the business
- Ad hoc analysis for the CFO and other executives within Tide Services
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience
- Proficient/Advanced P&L modeling skills
- General knowledge of corporate P&L’s (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, etc.)
- Proficient/Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong bias for fact-based decision-making and action-oriented project management practices
- Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and navigate ambiguity to drive results
- Creates cohesive and coherent presentations, demonstrating a strong command of best practices in deck construction
- Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different functions and all levels required
