As a Pharmacist Specialist - Inpatient Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care services, conducting thorough medication reviews, and making recommendations for improvement. You will also have the opportunity to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmaceutical developments and advancements in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care services, including medication therapy management and drug information consultation
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough medication reviews, identify potential issues, and make recommendations for improvement
* Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmaceutical developments and advancements in patient care
Requirements
* A valid SC RPH license is required for this position
* 1 year of acute inpatient pharmacy experience is necessary for success in this role
* Proficiency with EPIC Willow inpatient system is essential
Schedule Information
The selected candidate will work a rotation of 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday and a 12-hour shift on weekends. The standard working hours are MTWTF from 7:00-17:30, 8:30-17:00, or 10:00-20:30, and SS from 07:00-19:30.
Additional Requirements
* A government-issued photo ID must be carried at all times during working hours
* Proof of Everify or attestation is mandatory prior to starting work
