Overview

Tidemark Intervention Services (TIS) is expanding throughout Baltimore County Public Schools and we are seeking passionate and dedicated providers to join our growing family.

Providers must be licensed in Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT). They will be responsible for providing mental health services to Baltimore County Public Schools' students (K-12) in the school setting but also have the capacity to see clients remotely or in the community when school is not in session.


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through research driven interventions
  • Maintain documentation of all client charts as the primary responsible party.
  • Document services no later than 48 hours after service. Responsible for maintaining timely and well written documentation that meets state and CARF standards
  • Facilitates sessions with individuals, groups and families
  • Promotes the organizations image in a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to complete initial evaluation for assigned cases as well as support initial evaluation of additional cases
  • Maintain collaboration as the point person for the clients treatment team to include TIS Staff, School contacts and external providers
  • Coordinates care for all appropriate support services, including referral sources, family members, and other support providers
  • Maintain 17-22 units of service weekly
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field
  • Licensed as a LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC,LMSW, LGPC or LGMFT
  • Strong clinical, verbal, and writing skills 
  • Is engaging with patients, while promoting and maintaining accountability  
  • Flexible and creative team player 
  • Maintain good standing with the governing body entity and ethics board
  • Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field, or as outlined by their board of ethics.

The base salary range for this position is 65,000.00-100,000.00.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
