Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and prescribe/manage psychotropic medications for Tides clients
- Collaborate with our team of therapists to ensure coordinated, client-centered care
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation using our EHR system
- Contribute to the development of an integrated care model that supports holistic wellness
- Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the Illinois Board of Nursing
- Full practice authority (FPA) or collaborative relationship in place with a physician
- Valid DEA and NPI numbers
- Previous experience in a psychiatric, mental health and/or outpatient setting
- Individual liability insurance preferred but not required
