Responsibilities:
- Provide electrical and mechanical service and repairs for a variety of appliances
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and other equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Perform field service calls to repair appliances at customer locations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment repair
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy appliances and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Criminal background and drug screening required
