What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiberglass Repair Technician and Finisher position at Tidewater Boats LLC?
As a Fiberglass Repair Technician and Finisher, your job is to inspect hulls, decks, and small parts to find and correct defects in the gel coat. Imperfections will be rectified through grinding, sanding, and/or polishing using hand tools and/or hand-held power tools.
Skills needed to excel in this position include teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hand tools and basic power tools is preferred, but not required.
