We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and maintain a safe working environment.
Duties
- Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Complete Make Readies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
- Experience in facilities/apartment maintenance.
EPA and HVAC experience is required.
