Tidewater Marina is looking for an Assistant Store Manager. This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the customer experience at our Store, Fuel Dock, and Marina.
Primary duties include:
Assisting customers with purchases and inquiries, inventory control, and supervising staff of 4-5 part time clerks/dockhands. Weekend work will be required during boating season.
Prior boating experience is a plus, but not required. Individuals with retail or hospitality experience are welcomed. This is a full-time/year-round position with competitive salary and benefits including: Health/Dental/Eye Insurance, Life Insurance, 401K, paid holidays, and paid vacation.
