Production Sewer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Sew multiple types of baby bonnets accurately and efficiently.
• Assemble and package multiple types of baby bonnets accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory for the accuracy of baby bonnets pulled for orders.
• Perform visual inspections while sewing in order to provide a quality product to customers.
• Is a positive contributor to all team goals.
• Properly accounts for time and attendance by entering the correct codes and information.
• Meets productivity standards; works quickly; completes work in a timely manner.
• Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions.
• Keeping work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual, including safety, security, and quality.
• Provide high quality customer service to all in-house personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Perform other duties including special projects as assigned by the Production Supervisor / Manager. .
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Work overtime as needed.
