Full-time position available for an experienced human services counselor/worker to coordinate and implement the activities and services of a school-based case management program for juveniles. The position is based in Franklin. assessments, counseling, supervision, crisis intervention and other services to at–risk students within the school setting. Work involves receiving referrals, meeting with assigned youths and their families, conducting assessments, developing service plans, providing direct services and monitoring the provision of services and student progress and intervening during crisis situations.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with human services experience. Experience may be paid, volunteer, internship or practicum.
