We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that each area meets our high standards of quality. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and other items as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely while adhering to company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
