Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaning contractor (individual or company) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments such as apartment buildings, Airbnbs, and tenant turnover deep cleans ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-kept. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential and commercial cleaning.
• Provide own cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring items are stocked and in good working condition.
• Must have own transportation with ability to travel to job sites.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques for various surfaces.
• Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's own schedule.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with management and understand each site's cleaning needs.
• Ability to use technology to show completion of each cleaning assignment.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces in restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Dispose of trash in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
