The Tie Bar is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented eCommerce and Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building and maintaining great brand experiences in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns and the seamless presentation of our products online.

Key Responsibilities :

eCommerce Coordination

  • Oversee how products are visually represented on The Tie Bar's website, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Collect, organize, and coordinate product assets in collaboration with The Tie Bar’s product photography team.
  • Manage the creation of products in Shopify, including size charts, model measurements, related products and bundles, tagging, specifications, and other metadata.
  • Monitor The Tie Bar's product calendar and collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure the online store's timely readiness.
  • Track and manage asset workflow progress, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deadlines and release readiness.
  • Regularly review the website to confirm that product visuals are accurate, elevated, and appropriately merchandised.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics related to product performance and website engagement.

Marketing Coordination

  • Utilize strong project management skills to delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery within the marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development of marketing briefs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with the creative team through all stages of asset production to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing campaign processes, ensuring campaigns are engaging, innovative, and reflective of The Tie Bar's brand.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with asset management systems and experience working with photography teams is a plus.
  • Occasional availability for evening or weekend work as needed.
